I like the Laser Show one too much. I don't know why. It doesn't make sense. MLB is becoming the minor leagues. When I first heard about it, I thought it was stupid, now I just wish some of these guys tried harder with their nicknames. So I was converted.

Maybe they can get rid of the instant replay next.

Apparently some Yankees fans are upset that the team will wear names on their backs for the first time as part of this weekend.

This seals it for me - it's a great idea.

Baseball needs to do more fun stuff for young kids. Hopefully this is the tip of the iceberg with more day games and faster pace measures to come.
