Pats have a new medical director

The Patriots haven’t officially announced a new medical director for 2016, but a source indicates that when they do make the announcement, it’s expected to be Dr. Mark D. Price.

Price, who specializes in sports medicine and shoulder surgery at Mass General Hospital, would replace former team medical director Dr. Matt Provencher, who took a position at the Steadman Clinic in Vail, Co. after the 2015 season ended.
