Lazy Dog is really the best place now that Harpo’s closed. Unfortunately (well, it depends on your perspective) it’s down on the Pearl Street Mall (15th is the cross street, I think). There’s a fall fest happening so it’ll be a bit of a zoo down there, but me, Mrs. Rook, and our 2.5 year old trash panda will be down there.

My Yahoo sports app seems to be indicating that you can watch the game on the app today. However, could be blackout issues if you are in Colorado.

Related-ish, you all have any recs for a Pats bar in Denver? My group usually goes to Blake Street but I'd love someplace more laid back.

There are two places I’d recommend downtown. The first is the Pour House (yeah, really) right in LoDo. It’s a bit dingy but gets the job done. The second is a Pats bar out of east Colfax called The Elm. It’s a bit of an older crowd than LoDo, and probably better food.

All that said, there’s a great tap house somewhere in RiNo that have outdoor TVs. Not a Pats bar but has a ton of non-Denver fans. I’ll see if I can dig up the name—it’s more north and west than the typical RiNo fare.

Ah, is RiNo Beer Garden the place you’re thinking of? Was there for a few Celtics playoff games and it’s a great spot.

And, yeah, a friend mentioned the Pour House and I laughed. If the Denver version is anything similar to the Boston version, sign me up.

Yes! That’s the place. Only been there once but really liked it. Of course, it was 70 degrees in December which didn’t hurt.

Currently at the Lazy Dog if any SoSHers are around.

This is something I have heard from many ...lol
Do it, man. You won't regret it. Also, be prepared to giggle at all the "Native" bumper stickers you'll see. Congrats, guy/girl, your parents decided to live in Colorado.

Thanks for the rec, Lazy Dog worked out well for us (I mean, other than the actual game) — we were up on the roof, loved the mist system they had going on up there.
