He's been one of the more heavily "random" tested players in the league for years, to the point he openly mocked the league each time on social media. He even got in trouble once for posting video of the testing or something, and if I recall correctly may have filed a grievance as a result. He's never had even a whiff of testing positive to my knowledge.
He's either clean or is absolutely cutting edge on his regimen. Don't particularly care. I assume his usage in the Jets game was akin to test driving a used car. You see what it has left and what it can do, test the cornering, the braking, how tight the steering is and what kind of punch it has.
