    Tyler Hill
    3/4/96, Wilmington, DE.
    6'0 195, B/T R/R.
19th round pick out of HS in 2014

After not playing much in his first 2 seasons, Tyler Hill posted a .332/.400/.487 line in 261 PA last year with a respectable 24bb/41k. He was also 11/22 stealing and had 23 xbh. He's limited to LF because of his poor reads and his weak arm and has average speed. He's pretty much an all bat, no glove prospect who will rise or fall depending on how he is hitting. He projects for below average power and his speed is average but once he's moving he is fast.

Tyler would start this season in Greenville and would struggle initially. In his first 121 PA, he was slashing .194/.308/.359 with 11bb/23, 10 xbh and 11/12 in SB. The following 3 games he went 9/13 with a .692/.692/1.000 slash. His line for the season is now .250/.336/.417 with 11bb/27k, 14 xbh, and 15/17 in sb.

While somewhat old for Greenville, the power continues to play above expectations and the improvement in stealing bases is a huge plus. His swing will be tested as he moves up and velocity increases but he's an exciting prospect to watch nonetheless.

In his last 81 PA stretching over 20 games, Tyler Hill is slashing .397/.457/.534. His season line is now a respectable .278/.368/.432 in 202 PA with 19sb in 23 attempts. K% rate of 17.3% and a BB% rate of 7.9%.

On the flip side, he is slashing .403/.456/.677 in 62 at bats vs L and .211/.323/.298 vs R in 114. He had no real split last year.

Tyler Hill has cooled off the last 13 games, 54 PA having slashed .212/.241/.250 on a .262 BAbip. He has 2bb/10k and 1 sb in that time.

    Since last update: 25g, 108 PA, .324/.352/.431 on a .352 BAbip. 3bb/11k and 7/8 in SB.

    He's at a respectable .282/.344/.403 line in 364 PA with a .326 BAbip, 21bb/56 and 27/32 in SB.

If he develops power, he should have a major league career.
