Fucking Joey Crawford misses a call and then Ts up the Warriors.  The NBA, where mind-numbing officiating happens.
Because he's the most well known official, he's discussed as if he is the best

Btw - the new Direct TV commericial makes me hate Jeter even more.

  1. Return-to Participation Decisions:
    • Once a player is diagnosed with a concussion he is then held out of all activity until he is symptom-free at rest and until he has no appreciable difference from his baseline neurological exam and his baseline score on the computerized cognitive assessment test.
    • The concussed player may not return to participation until he is asymptomatic at rest and has successfully completed the NBA concussion return-to-participation exertion protocol.

No. He's the most well known because he is always officiating deep into the playoffs and often The Finals. The officials selected for the playoffs and those who advance each round are selected based on their performance (or grades) just as the teams who advance is based on performance. There isn't a debate necessary......this is how the officials are selected in each playoff series.

Houston took their foot off the gas following Curry's injury. They may lose the lead by halftime.

I don't think there is a conspiracy...but, if both Conference Finals are sweeps, the league would lose a ton of money in advertising revenue as opposed to even one series going 6 or 7, right?

The NBA's replay system is almost as effective as MLB's.
Plus tonight it took seconds. Last night it seemed to take an hour.

Fwiw, I hated the ejection call last night. I thought it was silly

Why then would Horford be ejected?

Tonights should have not been a snap judgement imo but what was silly about Horford's? It was pretty cut and dry that every Flagrant 2 rule was clearly broken by him which he acknowledged himself.

Horford is a class guy so I was not surprised he was contrite.

I thought the extenuating circumstances of what Bella did and the fact that Horford seemed to restrain himself at the last second from seriously taking the little punk's head off should have made it a common sense flagrant 1.

Howard might be suspended for game 5 if the league upgrades that to a flagrant 2 as they should, right?

Watching the two flagrants back to back - the Howard foul to my eyes was more severe. Inconsistent officiating at best.

YMMV
Agree. Both on act, and what it was reacting to (not that should matter)
