I'm not sure I've ever seen that kind of play..or any number of plays that Marcus Smart does on a nightly basis.
Just so you guys know, the record for the fewest number of free throw attempts in a game for both teams combined is 13. After this one by Kemba, we'll have a total of 3.
There's definitely a few calls missed, but I think I almost prefer this rather than games where it's free throw after free throw. This game has had a nice pace. Edit: and the funny thing is is that the Kemba foul should have been on the floor if there was a foul.. I don't think Al got any body on him on the layup.
Love Brown not selling out on the close-out on Monk's pump fake and thus could stay with him as he drove to the paint.
Nice to see the Celtics put the hammer down on a mediocre team in the 3rd quarter instead of the no-defense fueled catastrophes we've often seen after the break this season.
That's a good example of why we shouldn't assume slo mo replay is better or more accurate. I mean, slo mo replay was used in court to show that Rodney King was the aggressor with the cops. That's a thing that happened.
