How Do You Edit a Topic Title?

How does someone who starts a topic change or edit the title if they notice an error or want to re-characterize the topic?

Click on "Edit" below the post, then choose "Full Editor". You can change the title then.

I'm not seeing that option on PC or iPad. I know it used to be there.

Scroll up to the top of the first page of the thread, to the right of the topic name. Should be something like this (only on threads that you started):


EDIT: It'll say "Edit Thread Title" for non-mods.
