In the early game Tottenham is cruising already over West Brom, 2-0 in first 30 minutes, with 80% possession.

Kane and an OG off an Eriksen shot accounting for the goals. Alli with a beauty waved off for offside and Kane just missed a second. All but the Kane goal in last 3 minutes of game time.

Kane has added 2 more in the second half. Go watch the one that made it 4-0. Unreal.

Excellent pressure to start the second half. Iwobi with the lucky deflection from the right side and the ball bounces high and over Fabianski to make it 2-0 Arsenal.

Well Payet on strike is concerning, but terrific play from the rest of the squad and Andy Carroll scoring ZLATAN goals is nice.

Weird watching Chelsea and having the other team in blue. I realize LC gets their choice but still

Why hasn't soccer adopted the white home jersey as in other sports? Stains?

I'm not sure I understand that post. Why would teams throw away a hundred years or more of iconic kit history to wear white at home because that's how some other sports do it?

It's stunning how bad a ball-handler and distributor Bravo is. How can City contend with this guy clowning himself like this?

Stonewall penalty on Sterling, but it's Sterling and City so I'm fine with the no-call.

The color guy doubling down on his stupid is infuriating. He was wrong and can't admit it. Robles swept out Sterling's ankles.

Now here's Bravo handling the ball almost at the halfway line. This will end well, I'm sure.

Leaving him alone in the six-yard box = epic fail so I'm not happy but still.

Seems like a case where Pep simply didn't like Hart, and wanted someone who'd be perceived as "his guy".

Like Rex Ryan being hired to coach the Raiders, and bringing in Mark Sanchez.
Brilliantly stated. This is a coach publically trying to prove he's in charge and smarter than everybody else.

Not far off how Rodgers was handling team selection at the end of his Liverpool tenure.

City have been more composed so far and have had the better moments, but Everton have come close to linking up a couple of times, and City just bumbles around dangerously whenever they have the ball in front of their own goal.

That goal brought to you by Pep's arrogance. Toure beaten like the attacking midfielder he is, followed by a shot that Hart parries.

Every City match follows the same script. Other team scores on their only opportunity and legit penalties are waved away while all the attackers waste chance after chance

Lukaku is out wide a lot, which would seem not to be the best use of his physical gifts and skill sets. Up 2-0 so not complaining, but it's curious.

McCarthy in for Barry. Curious, as McCarthy is out of favor and has pretty much been told publicly he's on his way out.
