Chuckles was notably confident carrying into the zone on the 5v3. I didn't say anything because 5v3, but noticed it nonetheless.
Imagine being the Lightning right now. You DOMINATED the first 16 minutes. You kill a 3-on-5. And for that effort, you end the period tied. What do you have to do to beat the Bruins?
Bruins stole the first period in game one, and they just did it again in game two. Hopefully, the next two periods go the same way too.
Killorn went in for a really late hard hit there after the period ended. This is going to transfer over.

Nash should've crushed the TB player on the end boards. Bruins got outhit that period by a lot.
Would have liked to see him carry that a few strides into the hash marks before shooting.
This Bs team seems to warm as the game goes on. I'm encouraged. But that was a pretty scary 1st.
Also, there's no way TB can sustain that level of physicality all game. The Bruins have this in the bag.
It actually plays into the Bruins hands if TB wants to make this a physical series. That's not their game and the Bruins can thrive in a physical series.

Tampa was everyone’s preseason pick to win the cup, best team in the east, threw everything at Boston, and the Bs barely blinked. Bs have this, barring more inconsistent officiating.

Tampa scored on a bullshit powerplay and got lucky as fuck on the post-back-post shot and the turnover leading to Nash's shot. We could be up 3-0. That said, we certainly need to play better.
Was going to ask the same thing. Sure looked like one there at the Lightning blue line.
