Lots of historical talent playing today as the 8 teams have a combined 66 final four appearances and 27 national championships between them

709P UNC(1) vs. Butler(4)
538 gives UNC a 68% chance of winning

729P Baylor(3) vs South Carolina(7)
538 gives Baylor a 56% chance of winning

939P Kentucky(2) vs UCLA(3)
538 gives Kentucky a 68% chance of winning

959P Florida (4) vs Wisconsin(5)
538 gives Florida a 54% chance of winning

Should be a good night of basketball for those without a rooting interest

Silver needs a new model. The betting market currently gives Kentucky a 46% of winning. They also have UNC at close to 74% which isn't an insignificant difference.

If UCLA beats Kentucky, Carolina, Kansas (the 3 biggest blue bloods, pun intended, in the game), and then takes care of Gonzaga, they would have earned it.

Last time someone beat 3 #1's to the title?

I had Arizona vs Michigan in the final with Michigan winning it all; what a dumpster fire last night was for me, so now I get to watch just for shits and giggles, no pressure.

I said this back in 2014 when they played the regional at MSG. When you play there don't use the the generic NCAA court use the most famous arena's court.

But they did make a good choice not to play the regionals in domes.

Holy shit. Both teams with great comebacks late in the game. Wisconsin in regulation and then Florida in OT.

So cool to see Nigel Hayes still contributing in his 45th undergrad year.
