Johnson is probably finished at FSU, but if he were a superstar, I think they'd find a way to rationalize it away. (That's not a knock on FSU -- most FBS programs would do the same.)

I imagine he'll go the Juco route for at least one, maybe two years and, if he succeeds, try to reestablish himself at a D1 program or the NFL, say how he was young and dumb, he's learned, etc.

This is FSU, they will probably put the kid in battered women sensitivity classes, suspend him for a portion of this year, try to keep his name out of the press while Golson plays 2015, and reintroduce him as the man this time next year. I can't imagine they force him off to a Juco.
