The 718
Bournemouth-Spurs pretty chippy. Lots of yellows. No reds yet but maybe should have been.

Sissoko should have had a red, zero doubt, and nothing. An equal warning to Arter as well, inexplicably.

Suspension surely coming for an elbow after the fact.

The 718
0-0 draw.

Bournemouth are tough. They will be mid-table. Wouldn't want to go in there needing points.

One minute of applause for the recently passed king of Thailand before the Leicester - Crystal Palace match.

Benteke has made this team so much better (last week notwithstanding). It is amazing how much better Palace crosses look with someone like him up front. But just unlucky and hit the post.

Toffees bossing Burnley around. Heaton is a great keeper and has already stood on his head a couple of times to keep Everton off the board. Don't think Burnley look good to stay up.

Arsenal look tired, very sluggish. Decisions look to be a touch late, players a step behind. Ozil just missed a fizzed cross that should have been a goal. Not a good half at all for the Gunners.

Disappointed in the lack of a halftime sub, but Arsenal have been a little more feisty around the box to start the 2nd.

The Leicester - Palace game has become literally unwatchable. As in, the show about 5 seconds of play, then rewind then skip ahead and rewind again.

Pulisic scored in stoppage time to get Dortmund to 3-3. Also in not sure if he got an assist but he had a pass to Ramos to set up the second goal

California. Duh.
Liverpool could have had 5 or 6, so of course West Brom get a ball that takes a deflection off a shoulder to set up a goal. It always ends up being a nervy finish against Pulis.

Juve robbed of a perfectly legit goal and now Milan go ahead on a stunner.
The highlights of Juve-Milan are well worth watching. Milan's central midfielder, Manuel Locatelli, is 18 years old. Incredible feel for positioning, sees the field well; touch needs a bit of work but still looks well ahead of the curve. He hit a screamer worthy of Gareth Bale to win the game. You want to talk about best teenagers in Europe, he looks a candidate.

I'm not sure about Locatelli yet. This was only his third Serie A match, although he's scored twice already. For comparison's sake, he's a few moths younger than Rashford, and a few months older than Pulisic, who have already made significant contributions to club and country. So he's less accomplished than the top members of his peer group. I agree there is a lot of potential though.

The best teenager from Saturday's game may have been Gianluigi Donnarumma, who made the game-saving save against Higuain on the final kick of the match.

Milan's young core is certainly worrisome from a Juventus fan's perspective.

Still annoyed at the reversed goal decision. Indefensible.
