Day baseball today

As a EU citizen, I hate that earlier start time. With the regular times 7/8 pm ET (which is 1/2 am local time for me), I could go to bed early, get up 2h earlier than usual at and watch the last 3-6 innings before starting my usual routine at 5-6 am. This early start is killing any chance for that strategy.
And staying up just a little longer will result in me watching the whole game, having 3h of sleep and hating myself tomorrow...
Either make it a real day game so I can stay up late or a night game and I get up early, but none of that in between shit!

It sounds like the real problem isn't your citizenship status--you're just in the wrong place.

That said, I applaud your commitment and your struggle.

Just subscribe to MLB.TV and watch it after work tomorrow. Great thing about Europe, no one gives a shit about baseball so no worry about learning the score before hand.

It's an option - the streaming service DAZN has all MLB play off games as VODs, but I would need to block some newsfeeds / twitter stuff for tomorrow and hope that I do not run across the one canadian coworker who loves talking baseball... Then again, it's just ~1h till first pitch, so I will probably watch the first innings on my phone in bed and hopefully find the strength to turn it off at a somewhat reasonable time. (Maybe Eovaldi shits the bed early, and makes it easy for me...) If I post in the game thread in the later innings, please remind me about this post here.
