I'm with you, but that's their whole strategy, a bad attempt at curbing the demand by increasing costs through non-monetary means. \
 
Frankly, arresting the vendor is worse than the customer, but whatever. 
 
That's what Germany et al. are for, for the high-bracket folk like Greg.
