The fact that they seem to give a solid effort every night is what really impresses me. It speaks to the job that Cassidy is doing and the organizational depth that Sweeney has built. Everyone on that team knows that if they suck, Cassidy will bench them and Sweeney can call someone up to replace them. It's a great thing to have. Everyone is on notice.

Yes. Not only are they a contender this year, but they have young impact guys at the NHL level with more coming. If Donato is a Krejci replacement they're set up for a 3-5 year run.
