This has been rumored for years but is now finally happening. Which sucks because I live maybe a quarter mile from where this building is going up but I'm moving in a few months. And this neighborhood is more families but wander up a few blocks and it is hipster central.

Bummer for us that skate at Ristuccia. That was quality ice. Without the Bs $ coming in I bet it goes downhill.
