I'm in the market for a Wii U and games so these have me intrigued. Only if they are available online though. Nothing would get me to show up in a Wal*Mart parking lot in the middle of the night.

Jet.com is new site founded by a guy who sold his other ecommerce sites to Amazon and is now directly targeting them by undercutting their prices.

It is a legitimate site with lots of funding. Who knows if they will be around in a year, but I wouldn't hesitate to order from them now.

Be careful. Lots of the BF deals on TVs, even from big Brands, are on units built specifically for BF. Lots of corners have been cut to hit a price point. If there are no reviews on the model then it's safe to assume this is a BF only TV.

Thanks, I tried, but they were already gone. Plus my daughter wants green only.

Wound up getting one off amazon for under 400. Not great, but supposedly will be here in 3 days, so if something better pops up on sale I can always try for that, but at least I know I've got one that she wants now without worrying about it coming too late.

I think this is kind of what you are talking about, this is the 40inch 4K Samsung TV that I am looking at. As far as I can tell its an older model and doesnt have all the bells and whistles like # of inputs, Dolby sound and SmartTV features as some of the other 40inch 4K models have. But I just want to use this as a computer monitor and this will still do the 3840x2160 resolution which is really what I'm after. Can anyone think of any real drawback this model would have as a computer monitor? Oh and its for work not gaming if thats a consideration.

Already pulled the trigger on this but would appreciate some feedback from those familiar with tablets. 10 inch iRULU WalknBook 3 tablet with keyboard, Windows 10 and 32g of space. I'm not a tech guy and honesty am more comfortable with a desktop than something mobile, but there are times when the convenience would be nice. Sort of a creature of habit so I'm comfortable with windows and it's mostly just for basic internet stuff. List price (for what that's worth) is $299. I'm including the Amazon link with all of the specs, info and reviews where they have it at $239. Bought on ebay, brand new in the box for $145.

These things are lighting up like roman candles all over the place. Airlines won't even let you take them on planes. Shoddy workmanship plus really big batteries is a dangerous cocktail.
