Best vendor for iPod Touch Gen 4 or 5?

Sort of a weird but I hope straightforward question. I'm trying to replace a broken iPod Touch to use with an old Macbook Pro (the newest Touch is incompatible). I need to get Gen 4 or Gen 5 because I've decided that's easier than updating the OS, and I want the item to be, as they say, New in Box. So the question is: does anyone know a vendor that would combine decent price and reliability on that purchase? Thanks much for any help.

Apple refurbished will almost always be your best bet. Other than packaging their refurbs are like new and come with full 1yr Apple warranty. Unfortunately it doesn't look like they have anything in stock right now.

Looks liken that Groupon is OOS too. Plus $30 more than Apple.

Could you use an iPhone 4(s) or 5(s)? Sometimes you can find deals on older iPhones for less than Touch.

Granted OP wants NiB, but items in the Amazon Warehouse listed as Like New or Very Good are sometimes untouched by human hands, other than transferring the item from the original glossy box to the generic brown box.
