I just found this book written by a high school classmate, Eddie Dominguez. Eddie went on from JP, and Don Bosco HS to become quite a credentialed law enforcement officer with BPD. His career progression led him to the Red Sox, MLB, and a spot on an independent team of law enforcement pros, investigating baseball from the inside.

I've just read the preface, and a little of Chapter 1, and I thought many here might enjoy the read. The little I've digested has been stunning.

Massive amounts of money makes people do crazy things. Professional sports money is more massive than the average person can comprehend. There is always a dark side.
