Normally, I almost certainly wouldn't start a thread just to bring this up, but as it happens I'm doing play-by-play commentary on Stoudemire's next game for Eurosport tomorrow night (his Hapoel Jerusalem team is playing Gran Canaria of Spain in the second game of their best-of-three Eurocup quarterfinal series), so I'm curious as to how big a deal this is both generally and, particularly, in Israel. If anyone has a particularly good sense of how comments like these will play in Israel, both generally and from a sports-specific perspective, I'd appreciate to hear it...feel free to PM me if you don't think this is worthy of a main board thread.
