I am now older.
Pats -2 now
WBZ Channel 4 for me.
They literally dressed a goat with Rodgers' jersey and had Michael Jordan do a promo about him having an argument for GOAT before the Patriots x Packers matchup this season. I mean...
We are the most spoiled fans in the world, isn't it great!
As mentioned above, Romo was so on target down the stretch
I lurve you all
Credit to the OL. 90 dropbacks against Ingram, Bosa, Houston, Ford, Jones, etc. and 0 sacks.
I don’t think we had any false starts either. O line was really good tonight.
Between the awesome victory, and these 2 posts. I laughed. Then I cried
. Then I laughed again
0 false starts and I believe 0 holds.
He earned his place in the #1 CBS booth for me tonight. He is still annoying with the “heerrrre we go jimm” nonsense but his analysis and playcalling predictions were spot on.
Those tears are delicious
SB line opened as Rams -1 then moved to Pats -2. O/U 58.5 for now.
Amazing that an overtime thriller that ended with a road team overcoming a late deficit to win on a 57 yard field goal was the second best game of a two game weekend.
By quite a bit, actually.
Those are some ugly ass championship t-shirts
Incredible. The Rams had all kinds of issues with the Super dome crowd.
My son’s not old enough to drive. This is his 8th Pats SB
That was heat of the moment and I should have edited it. My mistake.
I forgot to go back and update after the offsides penalty when I thought the interception was still good.
My bad for not following up.
Thus cheering for the Rams.
It was for the interception and should have been edited. My bad.
Two great games today. What a treat. Fully agree that tonight's was the better of the two.
Eclipse has started
There are TONS of Boston/New England natives living in the Atlanta area. There will be a solid Pats contingent there.
I can’t love this enough
Flights to ATL from BOS already very expensive. Short flight, I think NE is going to travel quite well given NE is certainly closer to the end of this magical run than the beginning.
So after today’s games - are we moving closer towards new overtime rules (both teams get the ball once) and reviewable penalties / missed penalties?
This made me laugh, but only because the Pats won
This Jason McCourty line made me laugh
Can’t lose 2 SB in a row and 4 total right? I’m already stressing over this one. Spoiled fan problems I guess
I sat with many of them in Houston. Probably the nicest opposing fans I’ve ever dealt with.
LA money will come in hard and get most tickets. They will be quiet though, lots of suits.
Thought I heard them say during the game that Brady has only been sacked 5 times the last 8 games. David Andrews might be the most underrated player on the team. Guy is just a rock in the middle of the line. Reminds me a lot of Koppen, not the most physically gifted player but a true technician.
Absolutely spoiled. But I’m there with you.
However, you have to assume every SB is a pickem. So above .500 is beating the odds. And they’ve played so many over the last 17, it’s not small sample size anymore.
Yeah totally agree. If I was a gambling man, I’d set the o/u of “here we go”’s at 10. But he actually nailed the final sequence of plays. It pains me to say that
Plan to put JJones and Crossen on Tyreek Hill was all about speed ok speed, “track boys” said Gilmore and JC. #Patriots
4 total? Check your math. The Pats have won 5, and been to 10...so far
Jules postgame: I didn't touch it.
Well, he didn't.
I assume that's supposed to read "about speed on speed"
Nice to see Gronk come through too
Any time I see andy reid all I can picture is the old si cover with holmgren and favre crushing cholesterol. I think Reid was on a staff with holmgren at one point too.
Bellichek really schemed a great defense tonight
He meant Brady would be 5-4 in Super Bowls.
I love February football.
Pats just clinched the AFC West tonight. That’s good, right?
