deGrom strike zone for the win!
LOL there's the makeup call for the first at-bat.
But it wasn't for long.
FILTH! 103 Water!
Clinch in New York
Water and a magic number of 2
Yanks outscore the Blue Jays by 9 in the series, but lose it.
also, thanks I guess you terrible ump
EDIT: Sox were outscored by 5 in the series, but win it.
Justice for Mookie!
Cora makes the Wright move water.
Awwwww ... Three the magic number only got to enjoy its moment in the sun for like 30 seconds.
Ump went straight to Eric Greggorian.
Well, got the deGromian strike zone on that last pitch. Cora = genius.
That...was not a strike.
Watah. 103. Magic number 2.
Mookie make up. thanks blue
Yankees lose, Sox win. Win 1 in the next series and seal the division. Get well, Mookie.
The price is WRIGHT!
I had my doubts... but it is official: Cora is a genius!
Clinch it at toilet water
Partial Reverse Lock water.
Magic Number to 2. A win in the Bronx will be a sweet clincher.
Wright with the same. He'll hold on to that ball.
And the Magic Number is 2! If we can't clinch at home there is no other place than at The TOILET! So today it's Toilet Water!
If they can win on Tuesday, that will be a pretty sweet clinch at the Toilet
The Sunday line up against a top pitcher. Awesome. Workman 6-0. Water. Be well Mookie.
now someone magically heal Mookie's abdominal muscle please.
aaaaaaaaaand....the MFY lost.
Checking in: how did Sale look today? Should I be concerned about the one K in three innings?
yeah this was a solid win that wouldn't have been close if Mookie didn't get hurt
Wow! Sox win the Degrom game and the Jays beat the Yankees! Water!!!
the Sox have not us down yet. clinch at Yankee Stadium
I don't know what impresses me more: the way the Sox keep on winning or the way the Yankees keep on losing. I know that the Ys are missing Judge, but in today's game, our starter only went three innings. Just an impressive win by Cora and the guys.
Baltimore in the lead, but for the moment they're 60 games out. 60!
I was listening to the Sox game while watching the end of the Yanks game...just watched Wright's final strike...it hit the exact spot as the ball that was called a strike on Mookie in the first. Sweet justice.
Two months behind
Day off tomorrow in The City. Feel good fellows but there is work to be done.
Bucky's still waiting to make his move.
It's crazy to think about it that way. If the season started two months earlier and the Red Sox lost every single game during those two months and the Orioles won every single game during those two months, the Sox would still be in the lead now (because there would have to be a few off days in those first two months). That's nuts.
Wondering with his lack of power of late whether this has been bothering him for some time.
I'll just console myself with the knowledge that he's allowed one run total in his last nine starts combined.
I Love this DIRTY WATER TV!
