    Red Sox and Twins playing two today... the first a resumption of the suspended game (0-0 in the 3rd) from last week.

    Both DSL teams will play doubleheaders tomorrow. Not sure why/how this was decided but it isn't the first time it has happened this year.

    GCL Twins win game one (the suspended one) 2-0, move into flat-footed tie with Sox.

    Rayniel Adames went the first two innings and one batter last week, giving up three hits, a hit by pitch and uncorking a wild pitch; whiffing one. Connor Berry restarted the game today, going two perfect innings and punching out a trio. Rafael Gomez gave up one run on three hits and a wild pitch over three frames; striking out one. Jose Bens yielded one run on a hit, a walk, a hit by pitch, and a wild pitch in the eighth; whiffing one.

    Jonathan Diaz delivered a single in his only jaunt last week, being replaced by Carlos Pulido who was unable to reach in three ups today. Juan Carlos Abreu hit a single and was hit by a pitch in four contests; he was also caught stealing. Nicholas Northcut notched a single in four matchups. Chad Hardy was handed a free pass in three ventures. Esteban Quiroz and Keibert Petit each procured a base on balls in four excursions. Ivan Houllemont struck out in his one at-bat last week; and was replaced by Ricardo Cubillan today who failed to reach in two trips. Juan Hernandez had a trio of junky junkets. Brandon Howlett had a quartet of bad battles.

    Second GCL game was suspended by rain in the bottom of the fourth with the Sox up 4-1. Game will be made up as part of a doubleheader on the final day of the regular season, next Saturday.

Oddanier Mosqueda struck out the side in order in the sixth. Tanner Raiburn walked one and whiffed one over his two innings. Andrew Politi allowed one hit and punched out two in the ninth.

    Jonathan Ortega obtained a single, a double, a walk, and two stolen bases in four opportunities after replacing Xavier LeGrant in the third inning; LeGrant did not record a time at-bat. Korby Batesole blooped two singles, stole a base, and took a base on balls in five battles. Alberto Schmidt swatted a single and a homer in four sessions. Devlin Granberg and Tyler Dearden each garnered two hits in five fights; Granberg with a pair of doubles. Ramfis Berroa roped a double and struck out three times.
