You know if we had a manager that wasn't a dumb we'd have gone 10 out of 10 and not 9. What a fucking dumb.

Two games less to play and the same lead in the division they had three nights ago. All good.

Playoff Tito can lose the first 3 and still come back to wind up 14 for 10.

D'oh forgot about the early start tonight. Too bad one of those two Beni dingers wasn't last night with the bases juiced. I guess after watching Nunez turn a routine flyout into a DP, he was like, eff this, I'm going yard from now on.

Shades of 2003 ALCS Trot Nixon...

    Pom >> Severino
10D >> Judge (so far in this series)

Scott was scary, but he did what your supposed to do with a 7 run lead in the 9th. He threw strikes. No walks, so the two dingers were solo shots.

Let's get to 5.5 up with Sale dominating tomorrow. Monty is dead meat.

How bout giving Abad a shot? Everybody laughed at me earlier in the season when I advocated for him to be given a chance in higher leverage innings, but honestly he has done a decent job when given an opportunity. Abad bailed us out a few times in high pressure situations such as the Phily extra inning game and against the Cubs. Plus he retired the only batter he faced Friday night. Am I crazy for suggesting that Abad be moved up in the bullpen pecking order? He should defintely replace Robby Scott no doubt about that.

Tim Hardaway once went 0 for 17 from the floor in a game, and the Warriors won too. Maybe Scott also gave some confidence to a couple of guys for tomorrow in Headley and Ells. Nah, Sale Day.

I suspect the longish range plans include figuring out which one, if either, is playoff reliable.
Scott just did a 10-3 mop up. So it's hard to tell from that where Farrell sees him.

If I could still do it, you would be "Abad's dad".

If only we had Lovullo who has his team an effortless 4 games under their Pythag. We could've been that team!
