YOEILIN & WUILLIAMS both played in the DSL All-Star game yesterday.

DSL AL All-Stars 4, DSL NL All-Stars 3
Shortstop Yoeilin Cespedes and right-hander Wuilliams Rodriguez represented the Red Sox at Sunday's DSL All-Star Game. Cespedes came on as a defensive replacement for the American League in the fourth inning and drew a walk in his only plate appearance before stealing base. Rodriguez, on the other hand, allowed one run on three hits in the seventh inning but still recorded a hold.

DSL Red lost 6-1.

Jancel Santana was 1-3 with a walk & a run.

Yoelvin Chirino pitched a scoreless inning? Idk, not much good happened.

DSL Blue won 5-4 in 10 innings.

Good pitching from:

Ali Ascanio - 2.2 scoreless innings, no baserunners, 4 strikeouts.

Emmanuel Polo - 2 scoreless innings, 1 hit, 2 strikeouts.

Enrique "Magna" Carta - 3 scoreless innings, 1 hit, 2 walks, 2 strikeouts, 1 win.

Good hitting from:

Starlyn Nunez - 2-4 with a double & a walk.

Kleyver Salazar - 2-3 with a walk & a HBP.

FCL Sox won 6-3.

Eyberrson Polanco started & pitched 4 scoreless innings, allowing 4 hits & 2 walks, with 4 strikeouts.

Polanco's ERA is now 5.22, but that's mostly from his 10 ER in 3.1 innings outting. Every other time he's allowed 2 earned runs or less.

Then Francis Hernandez pitched 2 scoreless innings, allowing 1 hit, 1 HBP & striking out 1 & earning the win.

Garrett Ramsey pitched the 7th & 8th innings & allowed a 3-run homer, but all the runs were unearned.

Simon Pacheco pitched a scoreless 9th, allowing a walk, & recording his 5th save.

In terms of hitters...

Claudio Simon was 1-1 with 2 walks, 3 steals & 2 runs.

Fraymi DeLeon was 1-1 with 2 walks & 1 steal.

Bryant Zayas was 2-4 with a double & a steal (& a cs & an error).

In the rehabbing player division:

Gilberto Jimenez was 1-4 with a triple, Christian Koss was 1-4 & Bradley Zimmer was 0-3 with a walk.
