But the first tie-breaker is Regular and overtime wins. Shootout wins don't count toward that, so they would have tied the Bruins in ROW(assuming the Bruins win tomorrow not in a shootout). And the Bruins hold the second tie-breaker(HTH record)

Crazy how neither team could take control of the #1 seed. B's just needed a point out of the last 2 games to give themselves a commanding lead and lost. TB just needed to beat BUF and CAR to claim #1 and couldn't.

NJD are the best possible draw for B's. Inexperienced team with one line and really one player you need to contain. If PHI or CBJ had slipped to 8 I'd be much less excited to play them.
I'd give B's an 85% chance to beat NJD and a 67% chance to beat TOR.

Hockey is hard and competitive. This isn’t the NBA
