MYRTLE BEACH!!!!
Lakins was really impressive. He's a very athletic kid. Made a play on a bunt that was nuts. Ball bunted to third base line, he fields it running away from first and does a 180 in the air throwing to first. Never stopped and pivoted, just fielded it barehanded and did a jump spin to throw the batter out.

Devers continues to impress. Everything he hit was hard. His foul balls are all barreled up. Just early or late, but screamers. He's so much better than what I saw last year. Fielding is no longer an issue. Kid has great hands.

It's good to hear these first hand observations about Devers, because just looking at his numbers is a little scary.

Devers has a good walks rate, good strikeout rate and fine power. It's all a mind-numbing .138 babip
