The Hawks kicked us in the nuts the last time they visited Boston. While the stakes tonight aren't nearly as high as that night in late June, let's give them a little kick back. Let them know we're reloaded and more than ready for round 2, should that come to pass.

I enjoyed Claude's quote on the Hawks.

“They’re a great team,” said Bruins coach Claude Julien. “They play the game the right way. We like to think that we do as well. And it makes for a good matchup, it makes for exciting hockey, and it just goes to show you that you don’t need all the extracurricular stuff to make it a good game.”

Basically a "fuck you" to Montreal and Vancouver.

What da fuck? 'Hawks in town and no posts since lunchtime? Game starts in 20 minutes. Clearly in playoff mode.

I was just about to ask if Bartkowski was drunk AND THEN HE TOTALLY REDEEMED HIMSELF.
His left leg attacked the puck, his right leg dropped back on defense, and gravity won.

Ignoring health and hypothetical chemistry concerns, would anyone trade Eriksson for Seguin for the playoffs this season? I would not.

In the Bruins system? Debateable. Seguin took a huge leap this season. Unfortunately it took the trade to get him to make that leap. His goal scoring and play-making this year on this team would be lethal.
