Patrick Roy is a jackass, club him and his Avs team over the head and keep this train rolling.

Win #11.

7:30 Patton Oswalt show @ the Wilbur.  Get out around 9, find a bar downtown, drink and watch the B's.  Got a good night planned tomorrow.

Best move we ever made was leaving the NESHL...

You playing Chowder Cup again?

I love the league I'm in, great competition and skill level, not a lot of extracurriculars or anything and I understand his hands are tied since we've had like three or four games cancelled for snow but for fucks sake, 9 on Friday is the best you can do?

For the Chowder Cup, I'm playing on Thursday/Friday. Going on vacation that Saturday so I will be out for those should we qualify for the playoffs or have a prelim game on the weekend. Though my team sucks so I doubt I'll miss anything.

Man, one of these years you gotta stick around for the whole weekend of Chowder Cup. It's really one of top 2-3 favorite weekends of the year, hands down.

Some guy fell down an elevator shaft in my building this morning.

I take this as a sign that we'll see lots of diving from the Avs tonight.

Ditto - sitting club level behind the goal the B's shoot at twice - pumped!
Nice.  14 rows behind the B's bench for me.  Time for number 11.

"Fell".  Sure thing.

The story behind this is that a security guard in the building got stuck in the elevator. He tried to get himself out and climbed through the ceiling hatch. He slipped and fell when he got out, and plummeted to his death.

You see, Joey once got a job on Days of our Lives, and his character...FORGET IT. FORGET I EVER SAID ANYTHING. I THOUGHT WE HAD SOMETHING, SoSH. HOLDING HANDS, SKIPPING WITH DAISIES. IT'S GONE, ALL OF IT.

I can't claim to be an expert on this sort of thing, but I would imagine that in order to commit an elbowing penalty, one would have to elbow.

Holy shit, Campbell learned how to land punches AND avoid them. Impressive.

Checking in from the game, not sure how it looks on TV but more B's fans than Avs fans as far as I can tell. Is this normal for road games? Haven't been in a while.

Not usually normal, but definitely came through on TV. Could hear "Let's Go Bruins" chants and Jack and Brick commented on it too.

That Soderberg shrug might have been favorite moment of the year.

Man, how good would Sorderberg be right now if he had started right out in the NHL? He's adjusted his play to fit into this system incredibly quickly.

Is it too early to try to lock up Soderberg long term?
I'm guessing we'll find out this summer. Chia doesn't let the guys he really really wants to keep reach free agency. All I know is Soderberg/Eriksson is looking like one of those forward pairings you never want to separate.
