I still can't get over that spot on the fake field goal. The Rams did everything right, Hekker made the play and the refs just screwed them. Only the NFL can have one of their marquee games of the season fucked over by an officiating mistake that was only magnified when they doubled down on it after the review. Just mind-numbing. They have the technology to splice multiple angles together and get that call right 100% of the time, and it's like they must have forgotten they had it, because there was no way anyone could have reasonably found him short.
What infuriates me too is the “it was called that way on the field, so we’ll lean that way if it’s a standoff.” We’ll, it wasn’t anything close to a standoff, or a draw, or too close to call. It’s almost as though they don’t give a shit whether they get it right or not. Get Joe West to do games like this.

Yeah, I 100% get while they called him short originally, as it looked like his knee was down. But the replay clearly, 100% showed that the knee wasn't down and he extended the ball at least a half yard beyond the first down marker. It wasn't even close. So if you can't correct that call, why even have a challenge system?

Kamara with 30 Fantasy Points at the half; Brees with 28. They could combine for 100+ fantasy points for my team if LAR keeps pushing them

I've got Goff, Woods, Gurley Zuerhlein and Kupp between my 2 teams, but of course, I'm playing against Kamara on one of them, so this is pretty much lunacy.

All the running backs on Earth, you will never convince me that none of them are better than Alfred Blue.

Game in Cincinnati next week may be the toughest weather conditions the Saints have to play in the rest of the way. If they have home field throughout and reach the Super Bowl they will play 8 more games indoors, plus outdoor games at Cinci, Tampa, Carolina.

I could be wrong but I think to date every SB played in a retractable has been played with the roof closed.

Chargers-Seahawks is a matchup of pretty good teams and yet watching it side by side with Rams-Saints you see that the gap between the elite and the merely good this year is huge.

Didn't Lady Gaga stand on the edge of the roof just last year? Or did they close it immediately after her performance? Or was that part pre-recorded? (I got pretty drunk)

That wasn’t a catch. I don’t care either way but that definitely hit the ground. How’s Payton not challenge

A Saints player (Ingram?) said a few weeks ago that Brees is so accurate with the ball that as a receiver you have almost no choice but to catch the ball. He doesn’t just throw the ball to the open man, he throws it to the open pair of hands.

I will never get tired of watching Wilson and Carroll lose. Six rings my ass Wilson. Try getting back to the playoffs.

Almost hope the Rams don’t get 2 because I have some things to do before the Pats game.

Now we have the possibility of a tie and OT.

With these two teams probably not though.

I think he's the most accurate thrower ever. Doesn't mean he's the greatest QB ever but for sheer accuracy I think he's the standard.
