Memphis jumps out to a quick 14-0 lead on UCF. Memphis RB, Darrell Henderson, is the real deal if folks have time to switch over during breaks in the 'Bama game. He's a finalist for the Doak Walker, and he's got 3 carries, 75 yards and 2td's. He's averaging 8.6ypc on the season (down from 8.9 last year) and has over 2,000 yards from scrimmage and now has 25td's rushing and receiving combined.
Henderson has 8 carries for 195 yards, and 3 td's. There is almost 4 minutes left in the 1st half.

MYRTLE BEACH!!!!
I’ve watched some of Bama this year and Tua has had some big plays where he spins, throws immediately, and its a big play. But he’s dealing with more than one rusher now and those guys he’s chucking it to aren’t always open. Gonna be interesting to see how he adjusts as the game goes on.

Every time Georgia runs the ball with Holyfield, instead of Swift, it's like the Saints running it with Ingram instead of Kamara. It's fine if Swift needs a breather, but he should be getting 90% of the carries. Dude is one of the most talented backs in the nation.

Swift brings the speed, Holyfield brings the knockout punch.

There is no way that Alabama's defense has spent this much time on the field in a 1st half this season. They are gassed.

Uggh, UCF finally makes a stand, scores a td to make it 31-21, then makes a stop again, but then they muff the punt return, and give the ball back to Memphis with 1:45 to go in the half. Uggh.

CFP should be 8 teams - the five best teams from each of the P5 conferences (likely but not necessarily the conference champions) and three at-large teams.
Fuck it, I still think they should go full bore, and have a 64 team tournament. Make the regular season 10 games for everyone. Screw the useless out of conference patsies and have a full conference schedule and conference championships. Then, have a 64 team NCAA playoff, and then a 64 team NIT tournament for the schools that don't get in. 128 schools are guaranteed at least 11 games. 64 schools get at least 12 games.

The national champion plays 16 games (one more than they play now) and the significant majority end up around 12-13 games, which is exactly where they are at now.

Not hating on ND, they should be in no matter what happens this weekend.
How nice for ND; to not be subjected to a conference championship game.
I still think it’s a farce that ND is allowed to play by a different set of rules than nearly every other program in the NCAA.
