The Celtics did not just get Semi at pick #37?!?! Wow. Slashes, hits the three, can defend. Those guys aren't there at 37.
When they're 22 they do, but yeah, seems like he could fit the profile of physically ready overage under the radar NBA skilled type that ends up being a 2nd round steal.

Jalen please shut up. The entire first half of the 2nd round will be on a guaranteed contract with most for multiple seasons. Do you even pay attention to this league?

He's just feeling the regret of having grown up in the wrong generation.

He's old (for this draft), couldn't hang in a great conference and found success as an older player in a bad conference. If he plays more than 100 games in the NBA, I'll be surprised. (with the caveat that I know it's rare for 2nd rounders to get that much run as it is)

4's don't push anyone around in todays game they are behind the 3-point line. He'll be fine to grow into a 2nd unit energy guy as a 3 or a 4.
At 22 years old, WYSIWYG to a large extent. I'm not sure there's much room for growth there. Not too much to get excited about IMO.

Wonder how bad Anigbogu's knees are that he is sliding this far down. Might be worth taking a flyer on him at 53 and Jeanne at 56. 2 second round lottery tickets

It looks like he can shoot (some of those shots on his highlight video were MBA 3P land) so if he can play defense, he's going to be pretty valuable.

The Cs should charge people to watch the slam dunk contests between him and JB after practice.

Since when do players stagnate at 22? He was projected in the low 20's by several places. He's only had one year of actually playing competitively after his redshirt year. We get all caught up with a players age to gauge his upside and that is a great tool when you are looking to project stars however many guys have entered the league at this age recently, been drafted in the second round, and grew into max players. For this to be a great pick he just needs to be a rotation guy and not a Parsons, Draymond, or Brogdon......and if he does become those guys all the better.

Monte Morris was fairly high on my list, but unfortunately was just taken by Denver.
