The announcers talking about "who's going to finish second?" reminds me of Larry Bird at the 3 point contest.

Bour really made him work in the first round, but no contest after that.

What stage of grief are Sox fans at with the realization of how good Judge is? I'm just about at acceptance.

My completely irrational hate of Judge at this moment and need to root against him is what's helping to bring back a missing piece of the rivalry.
Clint Frazier is more genuinely hateable, he seems like a bit of an arrogant dick so far (although to his credit, he is trying hard to not let it show).

If he stays healthy and doesn't hit 50, he will almost certainly demolish Ted Williams' alltime rookie record for walks (107). He is currently at 61, on pace for 115.

I have a feeling you are looking at the Gronk of MLB without the partying. Amazing highs but I think there is a reason no one this big has had sustained success in MLB. That is a lot of wear and tear on a body that size. Going to be tough to maintain mass that big over 162 games. Might be able to do it for a season or two but he is either a DH ala Ortiz after a couple seasons or he is going to be hurt, a lot.

I know he his athletic and plays a very good RF but if I was the NYY I would strongly consider moving him to DH or 1B in short order to keep a generational bat in the lineup.
