Federer gets a break in the third set, now up 3-2. He looks great so far but Wawrinka doesn't appear to be even trying when Roger is serving. Warinka received some sort of tratment so he may be ill.

Back to deuce! Great volleying by both players, not too sure how much Wawrinka has left

Here
What's the equivalent to the Jersey Shore in Australia, because I think this guy is from it.

He's 19, if you can't be cocky when you're 19, when can you be? I'd say he was just 'young'. Great to see some new blood coming through.

He walked (walks) with a strut.

I draw the line at strutting.

I've only watched the last set and a half, but Raonic's serve looks absolutely invincible.  They're both serving at near-70%, but Raonic has won 90% of 1st-serve points and 70% of 2nd-serve points.  37 aces.  He's on fire.

Tiebreak to decide the 4th now; Raonic is up a set 2-1.

edit: mini-break after a mis-hit by Kyrgios.  Raonic serving up 4-1 in the breaker

Great match so far here early in the 4th set,  every time Dimitrov looks dead. The match turns around again in the blink of an eye

This is just kind of ugly so far.

Raonic has the one big weapon, but man, once the ball is in play this is a complete mismatch. Raonic seems to have almost no chance in rallies

Raonic has no return game at all. Federer should wipe him out in straight sets.

Raonic has gotten his serve figured out.   I do think Feds has a break or two in him still.

Feds though has to avoid the fall asleep games he has had in recent years where he inexplicable plays like garbage for a bit.

Definitely Federer will break him again. He was struggling to close out that last service game at 40 love and took it to 40-30. Raonic's return game is going to kill him in this match.

Federer up 2 sets to love. I think Raonic stinks and lucked into this semi final appearance. He is all serve with zero return game.

He is a bit better than John Isner,  but not much.   Just shows you how important that big serve can be with Raonic at 9 and Isner at 11 right now in the rankings.  I don't think either of them are top 100 in the world in anything aspect of the game other than serve

Roger will try to be the oldest Grand Slam champion since 1972 on Sunday

Great comparison with Isner. Too bad Nadal got upset. Would have loved to seen a Federer-Nadal semifinal.

I usually host a small Breakfast at Wimbledon for the men's final, but I have zero interest in this year's matchup, so we are doing the women's final this year.

Zero interest in Feds vs Djoker?   How can one like tennis and have zero interest in that match.

Kvitova is just dominating this match.  Unless her serve falls apart it is hard to see where Bouchard has an opening.

Brilliant match for Petra, absolutely on top of her game,  no one on the tour would have beaten her playing like that.   That was just a massacre

I think this severely underrates Raonic's ground strokes.  Watching him against Kyrgios (who, it should be said, took apart Rafael Nadal), Raonic had some great precision and timing with running him around the court, can really step into a forehand if you give him time to line it up, and won something huge like 40% of his return points.  He is definitely not "only serve" any more than Dimitrov is "only backspin shots and net play".

Federer outplayed him, but that says more about how well Federer's game has aged than it does about Raonic having big weaknesses in his game.

Needless to say, I hope ol' Rog can pull it out on Sunday, a deserving capstone to his career and a little more distance between him and Nadal's majors count (currently 17 to Rafa's 14).

Raonic is measurably better than Isner, and I will be keeping my eye on him for sure.

Bouchard's speech was very nice, gracious and hit all the right notes. It can't have been easy.

I'm kind of rooting for Djokovic, just because I believe Nadal will surpass Roger and I want it to be that much easier. But I'll still probably not watch the match between Beady Eyes and Bouncy Ball.

The linesman just screwed Federer with an absolutely dreadful call. No part of the ball was even out.

Feel like Federer needs to win this tiebreak to win the match, whereas Novak could lose the tiebreak and come back to win in 5.
