Some fancy town in CT
And we're back from the Olympics. But the Sabres still suck.

Keep the train rolling with the three medalists from Sochi.

Up here in the Great White North, we're still basking in the warm afterglow of a successful Olympic tournament. But it's time to get after it again in the LNH. I think it might be a week or ten days before the relevancy sinks in.
So impressed by the influence of Clode and Bergy in Sochi. It's like the whole team was playing their game. Will be interesting to see if there's any hangover, or jet lag on the part of all the Olympic participants. Clode is such a pro that he'll make sure his crew is ready. Of course, Ted Nolan will be getting back to his day job too.
Go B's.
Big question is what they might do before the trade deadline.

It's the 'Congratulations' I'll always remember.
But those dicks sure are salty and crunchy little suckers.
And really TSC, with your love of hockey and alcohol, have you ever thought of defecting? It's not just for Cubans anymore.

No Tuukka tomorrow night.

By the way, this game is on NBC Sports Network nationally.

So how long until Eriksson is back on the Bergeron line? Based on the practices, the lines have stayed the same, but I wonder how long they are willing to let Loui ride shotgun on the third line.

As long as Smith is producing on the line with Marchand and Bergeron, and Soderberg and Eriksson have the chemistry that they started to show in the 2-3 games before the break, I don't see any changes soon.

I like the olympics and all, but 3 weeks without the Bruins and Archer kinda sucked ass...

Plus no Rick and Morty, Community or new episodes of really any good shows.

At least At Midnight kept the train a-rollin' or else I might have actually had to talk to my wife.

I filled it with Netflix-ing Breaking Bad. I just finished the series last night.

Amazing television. Fantastic final (half) season. Gold Medals all around.

I spent it watching, re-watching, re-re-watching, and re-re-re-watching True Detective. Nothin' snooty.

Deadwood as well.

Excellent show. I don't re-watch anything other than movies on FX, but it's a great show. Both MM and WH are great.

I'm terrified of the Sabres, not because they are good at hockey, but because at any point in time one of them could go all Ulf on anyone.

Wish this were on NESN but I'm just happy to have Bruins' hockey back.
The extra three days wait is cruel and unusual punishment for Jack.

i'm curious to see how Loui looks. He was starting to come around before the break, and then had a strong tournament for Sweden. If we can just get him going...

Kill Ott, too.

"Y'know, some of these unrestricted guys, we just have to treat it as a tryout."

Reilly Smith is known as "#18 on the Bruins" tonight apparently.
Look, we're here to talk about the team that's trading off its entire roster, not the team that's #1 in its division.  No need to study up.

Love that that came like 30 seconds after they were opining that the Sabres were dominating every aspect of the game.
