James Harden took 15 shots tonight, 12 of them were 3's, and somehow, he still managed to get 9 foul shots (which is 3 more than the entire Celtics team has right now).
Refs call what they think they see. Until they can slow down time as it happens they’ll never be good and it’ll always come down to who sold it best.
Williams shot 59% on free throws in college. That's not great but it's not efficient to intentionally send him to the line at those numbers.
Well they should guess the same at both ends then. I'm completely perplexed why Tatum gets zero calls... because he alone is an argument against the drive more/get more calls argument.
Denver have gotten some ridiculous bounces. Haven’t seen a Celtic do what Williams just did maybe ever.
I think Jaylen gets even less respect from the refs than Tatum does. He gets hacked constantly going to the hoop, and gets maybe 1 call every 3-4 games. Horford constantly gets hammered to the body when he's trying to post someone up, and he never gets a call. Kyrie even gets very few calls for a superstar with his game.
Remember when we were having threads about Danny's drafting skills? Smart-Rozier-Brown-Tatum-Williams is a pretty good run.
Is there some conspiracy against the Celts going to the line/getting calls? This shit is getting silly.
come january we may see him for more than 10 minutes and I cannot wait. Thanks for smoking weed and being sleepy, Sleepy.
The dribbling infractions that go uncalled every play and you call that on a nothing play that had zero impact on the game. Bravo.
Hayward does look extra slow tonight to me. Probably a combination of a lot of stuff. Not time to worry yet.
I mean, even Garnett in his time here would have probably tipped that to himself then hit a little fade-away jumper or something. That was some serious explosion.
