Klopp has worse short term memory than I do - Lovren gets the start against Huddersfield

Mignolet, Gomez, Lovren, Matip, Moreno, Wijnaldum, Henderson, Milner, Salah, Firmino, Sturridge

edit: Wow, Lovren was actually dropped for Klavan after the team was announced by LFC...

Good to see gifting corners hasn't gone out of style

This just in - Klavan not much better

Liverpool get a somewhat soft penalty for a shirt pull inside the box.

Salah's penalty saved by Lössl, follow-up by Henderson off the outside of the post. To call this attack without Mané, Coutinho, and Lallana "flaccid" would be generous

California. Duh.
This commentator has called Sturridge "Danny" more times in this game than I've heard him called that in the rest of his career combined.

Joe Hart has made at least three great saves. If not for him, Palace are definitely winning this game. But it’s Palace, so of course the game they finally get some scoring opportunities, the opposing goalkeeper turns in a MOTM performance.

What idiotic play from the Hammers. Could have just held the ball and run the clock out, instead hand it to the keeper, and Palace go up and score.

By far the worst played point of the year. And again Bilic drops everyone back as soon as he gets a lead, not surprising that we gave away the most points last season as well.
He probably keeps the job through the end of the season, but he really is a joke.

Fabio Borini started at left wing back in Milan's most important match of the season. Kwadwo Asamoah went past him like a turnstile to set up Higuain's second.

Just saw a replay of the equalizer past Hart. I’d say everybody has read the book to go low and to his left. Just a gaping hole.

Everton today: Pickford; Kenny, Jagielka, Williams, Baines; Mirallas, Davies, Gueye, Lennon; Rooney, Calvert-Lewin.

NO Sigurdsson, Vlasic, Sandro, Klaasen. In other words, none of the new guys. Feels like a middle finger to Sigurdsson to me.

NBC hosts split. Earle thinks that Unsworth is trying to inspire spirit with the kids, and sticking with a unit that he knows. Mustoe says flatly that the job is bigger than Unsworth and he's alienating the new guys, especially Sigurdsson.

Get the fucking result.

Mahrez to Vardy, just like old times. Fucking shit from Everton. Aimlessness. No different.

What a fool I was to be optimistic coming into this.

This display makes me sick.

At some point you hope that it won't be a good time to play Everton. This is a great fixture for Leicester. And whoever Everton play next it'll be a great fixture for them too. Rooney doing some fancy one touch stuff, forty yards out on the wing...players taking hopeful pot shots from range. That said they might have had a decent shout for a penalty. Everton need a goal. They need some crumbs of comfort. Oh, Alan Pardew on Sky TV thinks Everton will score - that's gotta make a fan feel better.

Niasse and Baningime on for Lennon and Mirallas. Lennon and Mirallas were not the problem.

The substitutions seem to have helped but to have a No. 10 like Sigurdsson on the bench when the attack is struggling makes no sense at all.
