I mean, Smart shooting high 30s from deep would be insane.
How many assists would you guess Tatum has tonight?
That 3 he passed up killed the possession after the o-reb.
Not watching ESPN, what was the discussion about God? I was at PC when he was there.
Terry, how can you possibly miss that layup?
Get him the assist, Marcus!
These fucking guys are freezing Hayward out of the trip dub on purpose. That’s good, keep him hungry. Hemingway strategy
More insane than Jordan turning into a 70% free throw shooter?
The Is scoring for Dirk
LOL crowd pulling for Dirk.
The Old Man and the Triple Double?
He averages less than 2/game. That's what he is. It's nothing new.
That's the same Rick Carlisle that once played here for the Celtics, right?
Like the effort giving Dirk the final shot and his goofy smile going for it. Good sports moment
The Is and Klieber planning another German revolution
One and the same
Yeah good on the crowd knowing what the fuck is going on. Not the case everywhere.
21/45 from 3, 21 for 50 from 2.
Man I really don't want to see Jaylen get traded, love this guy
Perry Dozier was +4. That dude needs more run. When we move Rozier, we won't miss a beat.
He and Cam Neely were both in Dumb and Dumber, too.
Nicht die Nacht fur Dirk.
JVG was discussing God's handle and his play by play man (Mark Jones?) was unaware of him... sigh
Saw a few PC (Pitino/Donovan era) games in the Carrier Dome in the late 80s.
I do. Because it would mean that AD is coming.
Best part is you can just keep Rozier’s jersey and awkwardly turn the R into a D by crossing out the bottom two extending lines.
Wish he had made the shot, place would have exploded.
I was thinking of the first part of the first line. It is writing advice from Hemingway.
The best way is always to stop when you are going good and when you know what will happen next. If you do that every day when you are writing a novel you will never be stuck. That is the most valuable thing I can tell you so try to remember it.
Boston 34 assists on 42 baskets, Mavs 16 assists on 34 baskets.
Boston bench 40 points on only 30 shots, 6-12 from three
Dallas bench 22 points on 35 shots, 1-20 from three.
The more you love him, the more likely he's the piece in an AD trade.
I love the guy though, and I'd be totally fine to watch him as a Celtic for 15 years.
It reminded me of Pierce's last game in Boston except Paul drilled the 3.
Paul Pierce clowning on ESPN right now is awesome. "I was cut like Giannis when I was a rookie." LOL
In honor of Providence College players who invent dribbling moves, I hereby christen the between the legs dribble the "Jimmy Walker."
It got them moving the ball, and this was also the first game in awhile in which they didn't have a huge defensive lapse for 6+ minutes. Although Dallas' cold shooting probably helped with the latter.
As long as it's not the Marvin Barnes.
Nice. I was at PC from '94-98, so I was there for the Elite 8 run with God, Austin Croshere, etc. Knew God pretty well as he was friends with my roommate. He was a lot of fun to watch when he was there. I remember when he came there as a freshman and was introduced to the crowd during Midnight Madness, and he did a dribbling exhibition for about 5 minutes that had everyone floored.
Brad just said in the post-game that tonight and the Pierce game were the only time he had ever rooted for an opponent to make a shot.
Don't look now but he's at .360 for the season.
Nooo. If only he made that last shot!
Or any of his 10 attempts for that matter.
Haha, ya but where is the drama in that.
