That's actually a pretty solid forward lineup. If you eventually flip Schaller and Beleskey, I can get down with that.

Yeah, I'd flip Schaller and Beleskey too. My only other change would be Backes to 3C and then flip Czarnik and Nash.

Beleskey is indeed in. B's will need to make a roster move this afternoon to activate him. Sending Blidh back to Providence or IRing a Miller are the most likely moves.

Agree with the forward flipping, but Spooner is a lost cause at wing. I don't think it will matter as long as 47-54 & 45-26 have to account for 35-40 minutes, but that's the way it goes.

Especially at home with the last change, I'd flip Czarnik and Nash, giving them a very defensive and very offensive line. Otherwise, I like it

These are exactly the types of moves I would make with the forward lines.

For the past two seasons I have resisted giving up on Spooner. He's tough to give up on because he has outstanding offensive hockey skills: speed, hands, vision.

I am now giving up on Spooner. He'll always be a significant liability on the other side of the red line, where thinking and decision-making -- and not just instinct -- are required.

He just doesn't fit with this team.

Of course, I'm all ready to bitch and moan when the Bruins trade him and he scores 25 goals a year somewhere.

Kane isn't American right? He's like one of those USMNT players born on an Air Force base in Canada or something? He's way too skilled

Nash looking about how I imagine I might out there tonight. Fallen down once, lost his stick twice, dangled by Kane and whiffed once on a rebound close-in.

right here
I would love to see a stat of how often a backup goalie comes in and completely shuts down the Bruins. Or maybe I wouldn't. Life is sad enough.

He's probably talking about something he's eating at the garden. He hasn't paid attention in a couple years
