Very important game in terms of playoff positioning. Flyers are holding down the final wild card spot. They are 1 point ahead of the B's, but only have 1 game in hand on us. A lot of the teams in the Wild Card hunt are closer to the B's in games played than TOR and OTT in the division, who both have 5 games in hand on the B's. Hopefully the horseshoe falls out of Ottawa's ass some time soon.

Rask is in net. Guessing same lineup as NSH.

Pastrnak is due. Score some goals, gents.

Another brilliant start from the Bruins. I like Claude and all but at what point does this fall on his head?

I don't think Marchand actually ever shot that, think on the hook he missed going to the backhand and it just kind of rolled forward into the net between the legs

I couldn't tell if Marchand let the puck go on purpose as a fakeout move, or wasn't able to get his stick on it again.

Is Spooner drunk? He's made at least 5 shitty plays and can't control the puck at all

The call was embellishment.

I think what happened is the ref saw Pastrnak fall backwards as Del Zotto was hooking him forwards and assumed it was a dive. What he (understandably) missed was that Neuvirth took his skate out with his elbow which is why he fell backward.

I'm not sure I know how to live in a world where the Bruins have an effective power play. Hopefully it sticks around awhile so I can get used to it.
