    That's how I saw it as well. He seemed to miss a number of pitches (I remember 3) low and on the corner for Pivetta. When he missed that one he told Pivetta "My Bad"....I really like that. No ones perfect.

    IIRC Story got the bracing procedure done last year and was able to come back in season. SS throw a lot but obviously not as much as pitchers so while I assume the recovery for Lucas will be longer than Trevor's, I am encouraged that he might be ready to go for the entire 2025 season.     Son of a B. Man, that really really sucks. I feel so bad for those kids. Thank God the Wakefield's were such quality people and likely set their kids up to be the same because this is gonna be tough to overcome.

    Musgrove.....His family owns a bakery near where I live. He comes to my sons HS games occasionally because his nephew plays for the team. Let's just say I don't believe he's going anywhere.

    I'll add for anyone in San Diego that if you get even one Padres season ticket they include MLB.tv in the package. 2 years ago I got one in TT section for 20 games at like $650.....saved me $150 on MLB.tv so it was well worth it.

    Chose 76-83 but could surprise. As currently construed I think they come in near the top end of that number. If we add Monty and a decent RH bat it moves me into the 84-91 range.
