    That press release says no such thing. The release is from FNIH, the "Foundation for the NIH", a nonprofit with a $76 million dollar budget. http://2014-annual-report.fnih.org/ There has been no statement from the NIH, the government agency with the $28 billion dollar budget. The Boston.com...
