The AAA Sox Stadium Thread: Where Ever They May Roam

I want them to stay in Pawtucket but I don't think this deal is feasible. The RI House bill added upwards of $54 million in debt service when they shifted the risk from the state to the city of Pawtucket. There is zero chance that either the PawSox or IL sign off on that sort of deal.

I guess Bose is the "pass through" and they're offering up one trip, per Newsday

He's following in the footsteps of Mortensen.   Why bother with facts?

So he's saying he corrected his Tweet to cite the correct name of the foundation, but it seems he still doesn't understand he's completely clueless on who actually runs the Kraft Foundation (after I questioned him on it.)   He's a complete and utter moron.

Even worse!   Man, he really is a troll.

I Tweeted back to him asking "You sure that isn't Kraft Foods?"  (I'm not sure myself but I think it is)

Pawsox being sold to Red Sox Ownership

It will be interesting to see who's paying for a new Providence stadium:   http://www.turnto10.com/story/28172627/sources-pawtucket-red-sox-to-move   http://www.woonsocketcall.com/node/12943

    #DFG: Canceling the Noise

I just watched Hines Ward on NBCSN .   They were talking about Browner as a key and Ward kept talking about what a difficult match-up it would be for him against Edelman and Amendola ?!?!?!   Wow.

You make a great point.  Why hasn't anyone asked Peyton for his take yet?

They just tried to interview Ben Volin on ESPN News but the stewardess started yelling at him so he had to hang up.   HA HA HA HA!

Amen to this.  ESPN trotted out the D team.  Brunell and Bettis seemed overly desperate for attention / employment.  I guess the regular crew is at the Pro Bowl.

Gresh out from the Sports Hub

It's about time the Patriots re-tooled that pre-game show.  Gresh and Tanguay are (were) unbelievably bad.   Should be an interesting final two weeks on the air.

RIP Toucher and Rich Show ... It was fun while it lasted

After five years, it's shocking to me that Wallach still has a job on that station.  98.5 flushed out Tanguay rather quickly.  I assumed Gresh and Wallach were next on the chopping block.   Sadly, I was wrong.

Felger and Mazz - Creating False Naratives one day at a time

I thought 98.5 was on the right track when they fired Tanguay.  When they replaced him with Andy Gresh, I realized it was a lost cause and re-activated my Sirius.     In particular order, here's what I can't stand about 98.5:  Wallach, Gresh, Massarotti, Jermaine Wiggins

    GREEESHHHHH!

I remember reading (either here or on BSMW) that Gresh works cheap, and that's how he got his job and all lands all those fill-in gigs on CSNNE.  As a result, he's not well liked in the market.   Is it his fault that he's a no-talent a**-clown?  Whoever it was at CBS and CSSNE (especially, for...
