    Serious question: that play was a sweep, not a reverse, right? For years announcers have been calling that type of play a reverse, but to me a reverse is when the QB hands the ball off to a teammate sweeping one way, who then re-hands it off to a teammate going the other way.

    Mac Won't Recognize Audio CDs

    My optical drive hadn't worked for years. Just recently I half-shoved a tissue into it with a plastic (e.g., insurance) card to wipe it out, and boom, it works again. edit: naturally, if you try this, be careful as you probably don't want to get stuff stuck in the drive.

    Because I spent 5 minutes making it, I'm sharing it. Only 11 data points, but there has been no correlation between NE's opponents' winning % and the differential in the final score when they play NE ( Pearson's r = 0.014 +/- 0.316). Bring on MIN and PGH!

    I'm old enough to remember the dark days when the Red Sox went five years without a WS title. This one puts them ahead of the MFY in series win-% in the WS. One more win and the Red Sox will tie PGH for the best record of any team with more than 2 appearances.
