Yet another great game. Denver and the popsicle sticks and twine Spurs are neck and neck heading into the half.
Feels like Denver will pull it out--generating good stuff on offense, were unlucky to not have great shots falling early.

I'd like to see Jokic in the next round, just because I'm really skeptical of his D, and want to see whether he can prove me wrong. The Spurs don't have anyone who can make him pay in space except White. Dame and CJ have a good shot to completely shoot him off the floor imo, and I want to see that matchup.

Denver needs Jokic to keep balling out like has thus far because this series is heading to a game seven very quickly. Jamal Murray is currently emerging as Texas' largest homebuilder.

Is this where we can talk about Game of Zones? There’s no much I enjoy as much as seeing a new one pop up. Fitting that today’s involved Demar:

I am not much of a gambler but if I were, I would take the Warriors to beat the Clippers by more than 10 points tonight.

This season may be the end of the Warriors run and Doc/the Clippers won't lay down at home. However when the Warriors play focused, they should be able to soundly thrash even these tough Clippers anywhere. I expect such an effort tonight.

I'll miss these Clippers, they have been so much fun to watch all year...

Well, if Curry is gimpy, things change. That is why nobody should ever punt on a season just because there are juggernauts in a given league.

The Warriors need to do whatever they can to retain Durant. If he demands that Draymond be traded, they need to move Green. If Durant wants early look at VC deals, he should get it. Otherwise, this run is completely over.

Yeah, the 73-win season masked the fact that it probably would have been over the next year if Durant hadn't come, and things are a lot more dire now in terms of supporting players aging.

Agree--our perception of Warriors inevitability would look a lot different if Curry gets hurt one year, if Zaza doesn't thug Kawhi, if Houston can avoid missing 27 threes in a row...

...things are suddenly looking really interesting this year, especially for the 4 teams out east.

This is an utterly ludicrous performance from Durant. He is going to go for 70, because he has to.

Draymond is playing his best game too right now. But the Clippers are hanging around despite Durant and Green beasting.

Not really impressive when you're floor spacers are steph and klay.

When would game 1 vs the rockets be? Sunday?

This game isn't over and your Clips are like Wu-Tang. Ain't nothing to eff with. They will make a run in the second half and the Warriors may lapse.

Durant getting ready to play for the Knicks by scoring half his team’s points.

Yeah, Sunday afternoon.

And call me homer, but I think 38 points in a half — on 17 fga — is a little bit impressive.

Nba finals time. Sunday. Let's do it.
Head says Warriors in 6. Heart says Rockets in 6.

Iguodala played really well today. He’s going to impact the series.

Paul is fit and we have better depth than last year but we don’t have Ariza to run around after KD all series so he’s gonna light our asses up. Harden is also better than last year, but against an elite team who knows how much this will matter.

What do you smart basketball people have to say? I need some analysis of the finals.

The Raptors are a poor match-up for the 76ers. They have the bigs to slow Embiid and the wings to contain everyone else.

Healthy, engaged Kawhi is as good as anybody else in the league.
