And Lue takes LeBron off the lane resulting in JR having to push it up for desperation heave. OMG Tyronn even exceeded his own standards!! This coach won an NBA Championship my friends.

JR had a guy wide open for a wing 3 and instead took the running 40 footer

Hood(?) wasn't even in a position to catch and shoot though. He was running away from the basket with the clock running down to zero.
Clarkson seemed to be open on the near wing with about 2 seconds left ready for a pass, but I'd have to see it again

I thought that was Hood initially but yes it was Clarkson however he didn't put himself in a catch-and-shoot position. Lue should never have put Love or JR in that spot should Oladipo miss.....even on a make you effectively take LeBron out of the play but not allowing him the opportunity to be the one pushing the ball. Mindboggingly stupid!!!

LeBron’s last year in Miami; when everyone got old; he played brilliantly but couldn’t finish off games because he basically had to do everything on the court. This series is similar to that one; LeBron is playing his ass off but he can’t possibly sustain that level of play over 48 minutes; and his team needs him to really compete.

I’d have more sympathy for him if it wasn’t GM LeBron’s decision making that has contributed to him having to put on that Superman cape.

Clarkson, hood and hill look so scared. Like they've never played basketball before in their life.

I'm pretty certain that LeBron didn't want to trade Kyrie for flotsam.

LeBron bears a significant amount of the responsibility for Kyrie leaving. And that isn't even getting to the generous contracts given to Klutch Sports clients JR Smith and Tristan Thompson; the hiring of Lue, the complete reshuffling of the roster this year midseason, and the overall uncertainty and pressure he puts on everyone by refusing to sign a lengthy contract. He's an awesome player, but his issues with the Cavs roster are mostly self-inflicted.

Completely agree with this. Once Kyrie decided he wanted out, it was going to be hard to get equal value for that.

My thoughts also. I am waiting for the point at which Lebron says to himself "F this, I am not carrying this team anymore. I will play my minutes, but I won't try do it all myself." I saw that at the end of the first Cleve run, and the end of the Miami run.

I take this back. Clarkson was open and in a catch-and-shoot position. I still find it bizarre why Lue would make it so easy for Indiana to double him and take the ball out of his hands.

Whiteside continues to be the most marginalized player in the entire playoffs.

Meanwhile, KO still can't catch a break from the refs.

Lot of shoving going on down in Miami. Josh Richardson injured in a loose ball scramble with Embiid, who also draws blood on Winslow with an elbow to the head.
This is the war everyone expected. Game 4s often turn out this way.

Simmons in foul trouble and McConnell turning the ball over every other possession. Whither Markelle?

76ers with 17 TOs, including one where Embiid looked right at Wade and passed him the ball.
Fultz deep in doghouse. Only serious Simmons foul trouble will get him off bench. Could happen. Lot of strange shut already in thus game.

I know the sixers are very talented and young and fun, etc. But they bring out the worst in people. They're very trolly and now they're in a dog fight. I think they'd be better suited to be sneaky dirty than just outright dirty

I love their approach. The Heat are trying to beat the 76ers up and the young guns won't back down.

KO kills the Heat twice at the end of the quarter just losing track of Ilyasova

Young guns are fun but 76ers became dangerous after Ilyasova and Belinelli bought their way out of Atlanta and joined Philly. Redick also chose to join 76ers ... for a one-year max deal. Three old guys. It's a good mix.

Agreed. Belinelli and Ilyasova in particular have made a huge difference for the 6ers. Their veteran savvy and shooting are perfect for this team.

That said, Miami won't go away. This has turned into the best series of the first round.
