I'm going to walk the ten blocks from my house to Barclays tonight and hopefully see these guys have enough legs to get it done again. It'll be very, very sad when they go to Belmont and I can't walk to and from the game with my son. Stupid Ratner and his basketball-oriented design....

C'mon Dobby, corral those rebounds!

Billy using "P and V" for "Piss and Vinegar" and Dale Arnold quoting a line from "Safety Dance" have made my night.

The flu sucks

Carlo needs to sit when Miller is better. Islander domination of the 1st, lucky to be tied thanks to Dobby.

Not a good first period. Saved by Doby and Bergeron. But that’s how good this team is — it can survive a bad period against a mediocre team.

Hoping to see the Bs pick it up in the second.

Eh, they’re fine. Getting chances, the Isles are pretty explosive so they will get theirs too. 3rd game in 4 days, 2nd end of a back-to-back.Always a grind and uphill battle.

Maybe there was something there with Spooner and Julien? Or it just took him longer to settle in at wing and is reaping rewards of playing an extended period of time with Krejci?

Probably a combo of both. And maybe he knew this was really his last chance here too.

right here
I love how aware hockey players are of teammate milestones like Krug's 200th point. Marchand immediately grabbed the puck. How did he know/remember/realize in the moment like that?

I think Cassidy has something to do with it. He’s done more to encourage offensive creativity than Claude did and says often he’s willing to live with the mistakes that may result.

Haggs and Pete Blackburn have a pretty good Twitter feud going on
That’s been years in the making. Definitely Team #GIFBOY. All the Bruins beat writers despise Haggs.

In other news, that was a horrendous penalty by Carlo.
