Terrible call and it cost us a point, but that was pretty funny. The red behind the goal had his arm up for 2 minutes then got to put it down to point to the goal

Let’s see if dear Seguin can lead his team to a playoff berth this year. If not it may start to get ugly what with $8+m devoted to that goaltending tire fire

I assume the penalty was going to be cross checking. The frustrating part was that Pastrnak got worked over behind the Dallas net seconds before the delayed call. I’m fine with a no call but at least be consistent about it.

Totally missed this game cause I was at work, but I really need to point something out.

After a loss to Anaheim on 11/15, the B's were 6-7-4. They are now 20-10-8. They've gone 14-3-4 in the last 2 months. That's good.

Also, that streak started with 4 straight wins on 4 straight starts by Khudobin. Him taking the reigns from a struggling Tuukka until Tuukka could regain his form (and be the NHL 1st Star of December) is a HUGE turning point in this team's season and no one is talking about it. McAvoy may win the Calder, but Khudobin should win the 7th man.

He’s been incredible, but over this stretch there’s been a lot of guys who could get consideration. Heinen has been getting a lot of love, but have to also consider Grzelcyk as he has been WAY better than could have been expected. Coming into the season the top 4 D had a ton of questionmarks and Grz has solidified that spot.

It is Heinen or McAvoy for me. McAvoy has basically been a #1 right from the get-go. As. 20 year with virtually no pro experience. He was their blue chip prospect, so he may lose points because it was more “expected.” He’s a stud though.

Heinen got lost in the shuffle over the summer with some of the other prospects, but he has been amazing. He’s on a 60+ point 82 game pace and is playing like a top 6 wing. I didn’t expect that. He’s elevated Nash and Backes, last time I checked his WOWY’s, Heinen was basically making everyone he plays with better.
