You're not likely to find a major difference between them once you start using them. The main difference for you would be just making sure which fits most easily physically into your case, whats on sale/has best warranty (between EVGA and MSI), and which works best with your MoBo. What are your other specs?

What's with all the storage?
Are you planning to RAID them?

I'm a fan of eVGA cards and have been using them for the my last three computers over the past 8 years.
Solid warranty too

Either one of the eVGA cards should work

Yes. It is a raid array. This my existing HTPC/Media server that I want to do some casual gaming on.
